We require accurate address and access information for all cleaning jobs.


Customers must ensure the space is safe for staff to work in.

3. Pricing & Payments

Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, clutter, or specialty tasks.


Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.


We accept payments through approved processors (Housecall Pro, invoicing systems, etc.).


We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling


Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.


Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.


If staff arrive and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.


Repeated rescheduling may be limited.

6. Employee Safety & Conduct


Our staff:


Are trained in cleaning and handling supplies

Are prohibited from moving heavy furniture, climbing unsafe ladders, or performing tasks outside cleaning duties


Cannot babysit, transport customers, or perform personal errands

7. Damages & Liability


We strive to handle your home with care.


However:


We are not responsible for items that were already damaged, loose, or improperly installed.


Fragile or high-value items should be secured before cleaning.


If damage occurs due to our actions, you must report it within 24 hours with photos.



Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service for that appointment.
